Buffalo, NY Primary Elections for Common Council will take place on September 10, 2015. Debates were held for Masten and Fillmore District yesterday at the beautiful Burchfield Penney Art Center, located on Buffalo State College Campus. The debate was sponsored in part by Burchfield Art Center along with the Buffalo Association of Black Journalists. Candidates present for the Masten District included Sharon M.
